  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • Orders that include personalized/customized products cannot be cancelled once production has started.

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

    • It must be in the original packaging.

  • Personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5โ€“10 business days.
